My name is Lionel Pieh and my life has always revolved around sports and training. I lettered in soccer, track, wrestling, and football. I received a college scholarship to play football at the University of Memphis. I was privileged to get the chance to play football overseas in Europe for three years. I have 12 + years of experience in the field of speed and agility training. My career began at D-1 Sports Training program, followed by a great opportunity in the collegiate world as a contract speed coach at the University of Memphis. This role led to a Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach for the basketball team under John Calipari. For the past 5+ years I have worked as the director of the Parisi Speed School in Southaven, Mississippi. I have had the opportunity to train young upcoming athletes including a 10 year old amputee and an 18 year old special olympic gold sprinter, to the Professionals, including boxer Mariusz Wach, where i worked along side heavyweight champion Michael Moorer, and NBA stars Earl Barron and Tyreke Evans. I am passionate about helping others accomplish their goals in life and develop the skills they were blessed with. I recently moved to the area and am excited to use my experience to help athletes in the Atlanta area elevate their skills and maximize performance to achieve their goals.
